VOGEL TERRA 102 is a multipurpose neat-oil metalworking fluid intended for light- and medium-duty metal cutting. It contains effective extreme-pressure and anti-wear components with a friction-modifying effect, along with latest-generation antioxidant additives and substances that suppress oil-mist formation. The product contains no active sulfur or chlorine.
Key benefits
- High stability and oxidation resistance thanks to a high-performance VGL-series additive package.
- Lower fluid consumption and improved workshop air quality due to low mist formation.
- Longer tool life and high-quality machined surfaces.
- No active sulfur or chlorine, minimizing the risk of corrosion on parts and tooling.
- Safe for personnel when standard operating rules are observed.
Composition
A blend of high-quality, high-viscosity-index base oils with a high-performance VGL-prime additive package.
